Jon Williams

Jon Williams is a Partner in the People and Change area with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Jon has a 20 year consulting history in the UK, Asia, Australia and New Zealand and has worked with the executive teams of many of Australia's largest organisations (such as ANZ Bank, Optus, Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Bank, Insurance Australia Group, the ASX, Coca-Cola Amatil and KPMG)  to help them address issues of Leadership, Culture and Employee Engagement. 

Prior to joining PwC Jon was the Managing Principal for the Gallup Organisation in Australia and New Zealand and prior to that Regional Talent Practice leader and Managing Director, Australia New Zealand for Hewitt Associates. 

At PwC Jon focuses on helping major clients build and organisational culture that retains talent and develops customer focused behaviours.
Steve Barrow

Steve joined NAB as General Manager People and Capability, Technology in February 2009 and has held senior management roles since that time. He is currently GM of People in the newly formed Product and Markets division.

Born and raised in London, Steve holds a BSc.(Hons) in Management Science, and a Masters in organisational psychology. For ten years he pursued academic research, lectured MBA and ran a boutique consultancy focused on large scale organisational change.


In 1997 Steve joined HSBC to lead the regional performance management, talent and organisational development agendas across Asia.  He continued with various roles at HSBC back in London from 2001, most notably as Global Head of People Strategy, Talent and Resourcing.   Steve was Chief Learning Officer and Head of Organisational Effectiveness at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2005, until he relocated to Australia as Executive Director, HR with Telstra in 2007.
