About Us
History
We originally began as the Australasian Shared Services Benchmarking Association (ASSBA) back in 1998, and in 2010 evolved into the Australasian Shared Services Association (ASSA).
Early members of ASSBA included many of Australia & New Zealand’s largest organisations.
The new name is intended to express ASSA's expanded focus of promoting better practice in the shared services profession, together with a broader range of industry and professional initiatives.
